Two years ago, the Seiberling Mansion looked like the setting for a Edgar Allan Poe story.  Sagging ceiling, leaking roof and the musty air of empty decades. But the people of Kokomo saw potential and history. Hundreds of volunteers and thousands of hours later, the renovated mansion now has miles of holiday lights and garland draping the windows and mahogany woodwork, bringing in hundreds of sightseers every night.
