Bloomington’s a-booming, and event spaces seem to be where booming communities want to shine.  Rehabbing is not always cheaper than fresh construction, but polished and plentiful wedding factories don’t carry the appeal they once did.  This old stone mill, known as Woolery Mill, once crushed tons of limestone and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Now it will serve chicken or fish, boast chocolate fountains and have the “Chicken Dance” echoing throughout.
